Answer: A service call refers to a technician visiting your location to perform diagnostics and provide an estimate.

Answer:If the technician was unable to identify the problem and simply left, you won’t need to pay. However, if the technician didn’t open the appliance but provided you with a quote, you will be responsible for the service call fee. Our technicians have extensive experience, and in certain cases—such as when your appliance is making loud noises or displaying an error code—they can often diagnose the issue without disassembling the unit.
If you have plumbing or electrical problems, which require a different type of license, our technician won’t be able to assist you and will refer you to a plumber or electrician. In this case, since the technician identified the issue, you will still be required to pay the service call fee.

Answer:We offer special deals for property managers with multiple appliances. Please give our office a call to explore your options.

Answer:Our technicians keep common parts on hand, allowing them to resolve most issues immediately. However, there are times when they may need to order specific parts or obtain them from our parts manager, which can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. If we need to place an order, delivery typically takes about 7 to 10 days.

Answer:While we prefer cash, we also accept various payment methods, including checks, credit cards, and PayPal.

Answer:We offer the most competitive prices. The service call fee is $100 for residential appliance.

Answer:Absolutely, we can install your part. In this case, you'll only be charged for labour. However, please note that we won’t provide any warranty on the part. If it turns out you have the wrong part, we can either install one of ours or charge you for the service call if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

Answer:. It depends on the issue. If it's a common problem that requires standard parts, our technician can usually fix it on the spot. However, for issues like needing freon for your refrigerator, a second visit may be necessary. If the problem involves less common parts, like a control board, we may need to order those, which can also require a follow-up visit. Technicians can't carry every part for all types of appliances, so sometimes an additional visit is needed.
